Which Is The Best Data Entry Job Site?

My friend is looking for a legitimate Data Entry job. She’s not physically fit right now but very intelligent, Internet savvy and a fast typist. But she badly needs to work at home because she is the breadwinner of the family. I I have seen many sites, all are asking for initial payment. All these are scammed ones. Can anyone suggests a good site (Please don’t suggest domain registration, survey taking sites)?
Oh yeah, she lives in the Philippines.
