Charles H. Duell, Commissioner of the U.S. Patent Office, in 1899 spoke the infamously mistaken words “Everything that can be invented has been invented.” Consider for a second if this were really the case. Consider all that would not exist: computers, cell phones, electronic televisions, powered airplanes, antibiotics, iPods, and the list goes on and on.

The answer is yes, you do need a list of subscribers in order to make your business a success. Once you have a website set up, you then need to think about building your list of subscribers. The more subscriber’s you have on your list the more chances you have of your business being successful.

There certainly might be more ways to make money online but these are the more common ways that a larger audience could easily get into with relative ease. This list is in no way sorted by order. It would be hard for me to say what is important to me when that may have no importance to someone else. I hope you enjoy my article and find some usage in your own life.

The first step in finding a site that has good monetization potential is to find one that satisfies at least one of the criteria given in the list in the previous section-that is, there is at least one serious problem with how it is monetized. With that said, there are other things you should consider, too, when evaluating the monetization potential of the site in question.
