How Can I Go About Finding A Legit Work At Home Job?

I need a 2nd job, work at home is the only thing I can do being at home with my 3 kids at night. I am also looking for another full time job in the medical field, but I cannot find anything. I feel like I’ve looked everywhere on the internet and newspapers. Is there any other place I can look?

God I wish there was. I suffer from severe anxiety and have had to go on disability while I recover from my latest bout. Kept my last job for 2 years before it all got too much. Everything I have looked into is a scam. I find something that looks promising then run it through the better business bureau website and realize it is yet another scam.
Seriously, if you find something legit, please let me know as well.
