Does Any One Know A Data Entry Online Job Site I Can Join?

I have to quit my job to take care of my mom who is now ill. I still need an income but can not work at my current job, because they are not willing to work with me on the days i have to take off for doctor apt. I heard about on-line data entry jobs, but don’t know any sites..Can someone please help?

Hey sorry to hear about your situation, there are many programs out there that can earn you money online. I personally work online myself and its great. You have to watch out for scams especially in the data entry field. I don’t know of any sites looking to recruit people, but you have to be able to type quite fast, and with 100% accuracy, to make decent money.
Be careful of scams – real data entry companies WILL NOT ask for money – not even one dollar. (Nor will they ask for credit card info, “just to verify” something.)
You might also look into medical transcription, but not by being scammed. Get a Usenet (newsgroup) reader (there are plenty of free ones for download) and read the sci.med.transcription group. They’re a nice (if sometimes off-the-wall) group of people who actually do medical transcription for a living, and they can tell you all about it (and maybe one of them is looking for help).
No, I don’t. But you may want to try applying for some jobs in your area and see if you can find one that will allow the flexibility you need.
